The customer service was unmatched. Robert helped me find the perfect ring for my partner. He was able to have the ring resized and the desired gemstone fitted far faster than his competitors. The final product was exactly what we were looking for. She loved it.

My experience was and continues to be outstanding. Every person in the Capital District should be going here for their jewelry needs whether it be repairs (done on premise), selling unused pieces or designing a dream engagement ring. Robert is first and foremost honest. His passion and dedication to his craft along with his desire to put a smile on his customers’ faces is evident the moment you step through his doors where you are greeted as though you are family. He is patient, kind hearted, genuine and fair. He brings years of experience to the table and is willing to spend countless hours to satisfy even the pickiest of customers (me). Robert, and his son Elias, are true professionals. I will never go to another big-box, jewelry chain as long as their doors remain open for business. I found Robert Fine Jewelry through reviews, I needed help and was not happy with my prior jeweler. I am the current holder of my great grandmother’s diamond ring, the band had worn thin and weak causing me to bend it in a freak accident. My current prongs were also failing. I came in looking and smelling like a mess after riding my horse, with a mangled ring that I was barely able to get off my finger, but I was met with the warmest welcome and no judgement at all. I was given numerous options on how to repair the ring and make it stronger moving forwards. I was given updates along the way and I got my ring back quickly! These men are kind, professional and knowledgeable, the ring has never looked so good! I can’t recommend them more and will certainly be a returning customer.

Talk about a father and son duo! I enjoy working with Robert and his son Eli. Not only do I have a good laugh but the work is always quality. They have resized my fiancee's ring and I have repaired multiple necklaces and my bracelet that I never take off! I have had very personal items such as my late uncle's necklace repaired. I cried when I saw it come back to life after so many years. Growing up I went to Hannoush or Kay's but never felt this level of personal care. I not only trust these gentlemen, but have a sense of personal gratitude I can never repay. Stop by for a laugh and get to know people who know jewelry. The owner Robert made my special request to have a piece custom made for me just PERFECT! Not only does Robert care about your satisfaction 100 percent but he will make you feel like you’re the most important person to him to please you the moment you meet him. My request for a special ring was not something any jeweler would take on and he, right from the start said I will figure something out. My heart was racing, I was so happy! Not only did he create the most beautiful ring and setting I ever could imagine, but his expertise is unmatched. He explained the process and gave me many helpful tips for caring for my piece. Most of all it made me feel this piece was something to cherish years to come as his kindness though the process made it something I will treasure a lifetime! I had the most wonderful experience. I was trading in some jewelry for credit and showed a picture of what I was looking for. Robert took the time to walk me through what I could get for credit,, what he had in the store, and what he could make me. I felt heard and not rushed and was kept in the loop with the progress of my ring. Once completed I could not have been happier! I have already received so many compliments on it. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on!

We had the best experience with getting an engagement ring resized through Robert. After a bigger company quoted us wayyy too long of a time frame and an outrageous price, we decided to take a shot at a smaller business and are so glad we did. Customer service was awesome and he had my ring done in less than 12 hours (even stayed past close for us to come pick it up). Robert gained a new customer for life! Extraordinary service and quality. I had rings sized and a 3-stone diamond ring completely redesigned. They worked up a number of options and gave me 3-D printed samples. Once I selected the design, it was expertly crafted and the result is wonderful. Working with Elias and his Dad was a joy.
